Since the content is hosted by Facebook, the plugin can display personalized content whether or not the user has logged into your site. The activity feed displays stories when users like content on your site, when users share content from your site in Facebook or if they comment on a page on your site in the Comments box. If a user is logged into Facebook, the plugin will be personalized to highlight content from their friends. If the user is logged out, the activity feed will show recommendations from across your site, and give the user the option to log in to Facebook.", says Facebook about its Activity feed. How can I make my blog load faster?
Once you start writing your blog and getting traffic from overseas as well, you must allow your blog to load faster. As Google themselves say "The speed at which your blog loads is critical to attracting more readers to your blog. If your blog takes a long time to load, many readers may leave your blog before they have the chance to read it. Here are a few tips and tricks that will help your blog load faster and attract more users:
Posts
Your blog's load time can be affected by the number of posts you display on your main page. You can easily edit the number of posts displayed of the main page from the Settings | Formatting tab. You can then select the number of posts you want to display on the main page. We recommend displaying 10 or fewer posts on the main page.Third Party JavaScript and Links
For optimal blog load speed, we recommend using Google/Blogger widgets, JavaScript and links. However, if you need to use third party JavaScript and links, your blog will load much faster if you put all JavaScript at the bottom of your blog. If you have third party JavaScript and links in your sidebar, put them in at the bottom of the sidebar.Other suggestions
- If you've added any custom CSS to your blog, make sure you put it at the top of the page.
- The most important content of your blog that catches readers attention should load the quickest. To help you identify which items are taking the longest to load you can use Stopwatch. To use Stopwatch, enter your blog's URL into the text box and click "Start StopWatch". Stopwatch will then open your blog in a frame and will record the time it takes for everything on your blog to load, including images, videos, widgets, etc. Take note of the items that take the longest to load and modify them appropriately using our suggestions."

Socialize your blog with share buttons!
Sharing is an important feature for bloggers. When your visitors find an useful post on your blog, they probably want to share it with their friends; this in turn brings more and more traffic back to your blog. So its time to socialize.
Blogger offers share buttons which can beplaced under each post and let your blog readers easily share your post via email, Blogger, and popular social networks. The services supported currently are Google Buzz, Twitter, and Facebook. You can start having the new share buttons show up under your posts by editing the Blog Posts widget and enabling Show Share Buttons in Design | Page Elements. The share button is also in the navbar
Blogger also has a Share link in the navbar, but for improved convenience you can now have share buttons below the post (we also gave them nice rollover icons). For tweeting Urls on Twitter, you can use google's url shortener goo.gl.
Spice up your sidebar with the Cloud Label gadget.
Previously, there was the label gadget which showed a list of labels—and by far the most demanded enhancement was to present the labels as a "cloud" instead of as a bulleted list. So, Blogger upgraded the feature. Cloud Labels are now supported in the gadget directly. The gadget allows the user to view his/her favorite posts quickly.
But if you don’t want to show all your labels in the cloud, you can customize your clouds by going to the label gadget settings and choose "Selected labels. You will be able to select a subset of labels to be displayed in the widget.
